| (2) In control panel menu , please double click " SOUND " icon |

| (3) Please click " Recording " |
 |
| |
| (4) Please click " Mic " -> " Properties " button |
 |

| (5) Please click " Custom " |
 |
| |
| (6) Please click & enable microphone boost |
 |
| |
| (7) Please click " Levels " field & turn microphone volume to Max 100 |
